Our mission is to create a collaborative environment where every team member can thrive. As the Head Baker, you will play a crucial role in upholding the highest hospitality standards in the bakery and pastry department of our restaurants and banqueting outlets.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role in a busy, up-market establishment, with a proven track record of leadership and the use of kitchen technology. You will manage the bakery, ensuring that culinary service standards are met, and conduct training with staff to meet the standards and manage staff's performance and conduct.

Your excellent communication skills will convey culinary knowledge and product expertise related to our hotel and its competitors. Your team leadership and mentorship abilities will foster a collaborative environment, ensuring food and hygiene safety standards adherence.

You demonstrate flexibility and a neat, professional appearance at all times. With your devotion to quality, you will help us maintain our high standards and create memorable guest experiences.
