Sales and Administration Coordinator

At Cre8work, we require an experienced Administrator to manage orders, customer inquiries, invoicing, and office activities. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Process orders and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Support the Sales team by preparing quotes and following up on orders.
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of invoices within set timelines.
- Contribute to compliance, document management, and office equipment maintenance.
- Monitor cash and banking processes and assist with financial administration.
Requirements:
- Matric with basic financial education.
- 5+ years of administration experience, preferably in sales or operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sage.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Salary Range:
$65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
