Job Opportunity:

Limpopo Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Payroll and HR Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in payroll and HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform payroll administration tasks, including capturing macro information for submission and managing employee records.
  • Administer attendance reporting, shifts, and capture overtime and leave administration.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, BCEA, EEA, SDA, LRA, and track and control key task administration.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in HR supporting role dealing with at least 100 employees.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Word, Excel, Visio, ERS Biometrics, and Afiswitch.
  • Sound knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
  • Strong administration and coordination skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary:

R600,000 - R800,000 per annum, depending on experience.
