Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and other key documents for meetings and presentations.
  • Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and messages, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
Customer Account Management:
  • Assist in maintaining and strengthening relationships with current clients.

Sales Support:
