About the RoleWe are seeking an ambitious Sales Representative to drive business growth through identifying potential customers, generating new opportunities, and expertly guiding leads through the sales pipeline.
This fast-paced role is perfect for individuals who thrive under pressure, excel at outbound sales, and are driven by the challenge of exceeding targets.
In this position, you'll be expected to make between 70 to 100 calls daily, cultivate relationships with partners, generate interest, qualify prospects, and close deals.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outbound sales and possess strong written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of effective sales techniques, and exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or a related field is required. Proficiency in CRM tools and an ability to manage sales processes effectively is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue potential customers.
- Generate high-quality leads through outbound cold calls and emails.
- Qualify potential customers and prepare for prospect calls with thorough research.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for meeting sales targets.
- Track progress against sales goals and provide regular activity reports.
Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum
