We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Front Desk Ambassador to join our team.
Job DescriptionAs a Front Desk Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing warm and welcoming assistance with check-in/check-out procedures, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring seamless stays.
You will also be responsible for managing telephones, emails, and reservations efficiently, while maintaining accurate records and correspondence.
In addition, you will work closely with other hotel departments to guarantee exceptional guest experiences and meet their expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Friendly and polite demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- High level of spoken and written English.
- Proven experience in hospitality reception and admin or similar customer-facing role.
- Familiarity with Opera software.
