Job Purpose

The Client Service Consultant Operations will be responsible for capturing investment-related instructions accurately and timeously, contributing to the high standard of quality and service delivery by Glacier. This role will also provide excellent client services to all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify instructions received from various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with business rules and legal regulations.
  • Liaise with relevant role players to obtain outstanding information or clarify instructions.
  • Inform stakeholders via telephonic contact or email about the progress of instructions.
  • Update the Workflow system with progress.
  • Capture valid instructions timeously and accurately on our processing system.
  • Report suspicious activities and service failures to the relevant departments.
  • Participate in training and product assessments, ensuring technical understanding of Glacier's offerings.
  • Liaise with Compliance/Legal on complex cases and report back to the team.
  • Foster positive client relationships and retain clients.
  • Build relationships with internal departments to enhance organisational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Participate in the business's continuous improvement by identifying and proposing solutions to process and service-related failures.

Requirements

  • Recent graduates with under 2 years of work experience.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Linked Investment Service Provider experience is advantageous.
