About the Role

The Client Service Consultant will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for clients, acting as a vital link between clients and the operational teams. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional service throughout the onboarding process for both individual and legal entities while also participating in remediation projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboarding Management: Lead the client onboarding process, utilizing KYC applications and unit registry systems to facilitate smooth account setup.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure all compliance requirements are met before client accounts are activated, maintaining adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Client Engagement: Proactively communicate with clients regarding outstanding information and provide regular updates to enhance the client experience.
  • Account Creation: Create and maintain client accounts in the registry system, ensuring all relevant classifications and tax details are accurately recorded.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant tertiary qualification preferred; Matric as a minimum.
  • 1-2 years in a relevant onboarding role with a solid understanding of compliance processes.
