Key Responsibilities:
- Trading Channel Development: Develop and implement trading channels locally and globally, including procurement and sales of products as per company's plans and strategy.
- Operational Procedures: Develop operational procedures for procurement of core products and employ the necessary workforce to achieve these goals.
- Export Management: Ensure that company's exports are smooth and completed.
- Representative: Travel regionally and internationally representing the company to make deals and negotiate agreements.
- Value Chain Management: Work along the value-chain to control spending and develop new methods along the channels.
- Business Development: Develop new ideas and business plans in parallel with company's strategy.
- Team Management: Manage the assigned work and the team on day-to-day basis.
- Stakeholder Management: Meeting with stakeholders representing the company.
- Problem Solving: Resolving problems and obstacles that affects the company's business.
- Business Planning: Prepare business-plans.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree plus five years of experience in a similar position.
- Language: Fluent in the English language is mandatory.
- Computer Skills: Very good computer skills, high MS Office skills are must (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills.
- Personality: Presentable personality.
