We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Director to drive business growth and profitability through effective market analysis and commercial strategy development.

About the Role:

As a Senior Commercial Director at Outsourced CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the commercial team in a retail and international trading environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor local and global market trends, competitor behavior, and plan relevant marketing campaigns to maximize business outcomes.
  • Oversee daily sales operations to ensure smooth workflow and success, maintaining and growing the company's market share through strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze and enhance commercial activities to improve overall performance, ensuring efficient and cost-effective livestock export processes.
  • Lead and develop the commercial team to ensure high performance and growth, building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders to support business objectives.
  • Safeguard the company's interests and rights in all business dealings, enforcing strong internal controls and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Degree in business studies with 5+ years in retail and international trading, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven leadership qualities with a strategic, innovative mindset, high ethical standards, honesty, and self-confidence.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitors, experience in developing and guiding teams to enhance performance.
  • Knowledge of local laws and regulations, capability to manage commercial activities and sales channels effectively.
