Job Title: Account Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Account Team Lead to join our team at Mediclinic Cape Gate. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to lead a team of account professionals and drive business growth in the private healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage strong leadership skills to motivate and guide a high-performing team of account professionals.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance revenue growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of sales, marketing, and operational processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market research to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in a supervisory or management role, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the private healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, systems, and procedures, as well as relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent financial knowledge, including reconciliations, debits and credits, adjustment journals, and other key financial concepts.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners.

Essential Education: Grade 12 or equivalent.

Desired Experience: Understanding of private healthcare industry; Basic HR principles.

Estimated Salary: R1,200,000 - R1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
