Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Team Lead to manage a team of Flutter engineers responsible for the Bash app and its BFF (Backend for a frontend). As a Team Lead, you'll be responsible for managing the delivery of engineering projects, growing and developing your team members, and building effective teams where individuals can do their best work.

This is an exciting opportunity as the team is currently migrating to a mono-repo architecture for Flutter, standardizing how Bash builds apps across the organization.

Requirements
  • Experience leading a team with a focus on high-quality output and team enablement.
  • A history of writing high-quality, scalable code, with experience in Flutter, React Native, Swift, or Kotlin.
  • Great problem-solving skills and a passion for observability and monitoring.
  • 5 years of relevant work experience and 1 year of experience in a team lead position.
  • BSc Computer Science or equivalent is encouraged, but strong work experience can fill this gap.
