The Hospitality Training Manager plays a pivotal role in Bothongo Group Management (Lion Park) by spearheading the design, implementation, and oversight of comprehensive training programs for staff across various departments within our hospitality organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Program Development: Design and develop customized training programs tailored to different roles, including front desk, food and beverage, housekeeping, and management.
  • Facilitation: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to educate staff on company policies, customer service excellence, and operational procedures.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Identify the training needs of employees and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Onboarding: Create and manage an effective onboarding process for new hires to ensure they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills from day one.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure all training materials and programs comply with health, safety, and regulatory requirements relevant to the hospitality industry.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to identify training needs and develop strategies to address skill gaps within teams.
