Job Overview:

  • This position is responsible for ensuring a positive first impression for all members visiting our facility.

Job Summary:

  • Manage the daily operations of the Welcome Centre, providing exceptional customer service and support to members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with Club Administration tasks as needed
  • Cash handling and financial management
  • Communicate effectively with members and staff
  • Lead and manage the Reception Services team
  • Monitor access and overrides for staff and members
  • Reception stock control and inventory management
  • Resolve member complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Train and develop Reception Services team members

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a front desk or welcome desk role
  • Proven track record of excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Physical ability to perform job duties
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
