- Service Delivery: Ensure that all customer requests are handled efficiently and effectively, meeting or exceeding service level agreements.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of Installation Support agents.
- Reporting and Analytics: Analyze customer feedback and service delivery metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Campaign and Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor campaigns and projects to drive business growth and meet customer needs.
- NQF level 5 or higher qualification.
- Minimum 3 years Call Centre supervisory/leadership experience.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Previous experience in managing or working in a customer service environment would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with Industrial Relations, Customer Relations, and general management will be advantageous.
