Sales and Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Growth Manager to join our team at ProDevelopment Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling solutions to new customers across multiple industries.
Your primary objective will be to identify business opportunities, establish relationships with clients, and recommend solutions to meet their needs. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors, and maintain quality service by adhering to organisation standards.
Responsibilities
- IDentify business opportunities by evaluating prospects, researching and analysing sales options.
- Sell products by establishing contact, developing relationships with prospects, and recommending solutions.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; and suggesting profit and service improvements.
- Stay up-to-date on professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing publications, establishing networks, benchmarking practises, and participating in professional societies.
Qualifications and Experience
- 5-7 years of experience in sales in a solution selling industry such as Telecommunication or ICT.
