- Consistently deliver and exceed on allocated sales targets by developing strong relationships with Financial Advisers and growing their panel.
- Assist in identifying new potential Financial Advisers and opportunities for business growth, providing technical training and ongoing product support.
- Facilitate the sales process to ensure that Financial Advisers are going through the correct channels, participating in proactive sales and marketing initiatives.
- Build and sustain profitability in the business by keeping up to date with competitor product and service offerings and industry developments.
- Review New Business Pipeline follow-up and tracking to ensure conversion, giving regular one-on-one and group presentations.
- Develop a strong telephone manner to make successful cold calls and sell products telephonically, with weekly analysis and reporting on deliverables/achievements.
- Attend regional Financial Adviser meetings and deliver on business marketing strategy to Financial Advisors.
