Senior Executive, Customer Success Expert

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Executive, Customer Success to join our Retail Intelligence team at NielsenIQ. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the adoption and application of NIQ Consumer solutions, supporting Consultants to profitably grow customer loyalty and drive sales.
Responsibilities
- Interact with Retail Intelligence Teams and NielsenIQ Sales Teams to deliver Retail Intelligence insights and action-oriented solutions to clients.
- Support Consultants in elaborating analysis and preparing presentations of insights.
- Ensure Retail Intelligence insights and solutions are delivered to clients by being a Retail Intelligence expert with the ability to explain methodology behind key analytics.
- Autonomously interact with client staff on basic and advanced Retail Intelligence client needs.
- Collaborate with other NielsenIQ teams to provide holistic support to clients.
- Demonstrate high standards of performance and promote a strong team environment.
Requirements
- Statistics, Economics, or Marketing graduate with Honours or Master's level preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and consumer data.
- Confidence and capability for data analysis and interest in dealing with data.
- Client-facing and communication/presentation skills with the ability to deliver research results to stakeholders in a clear and consistent manner.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate efforts with other associates within a virtual environment.
- Organizational skills with understanding of business priorities and ability to adapt to complex and changing organizations.
- 1-3 years of experience in FMCG and client dynamics.
- Full proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
