**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Claims Case Manager to join our team at Customer Experience People SA Ltd. As a key member of our claims department, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving claims in a timely and fair manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their claims and provide clear solutions.
  • Manage claims from start to finish, ensuring all necessary information is collected and processed.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to resolve claims efficiently.
  • Lodge claims, update details, and make adjustments or cancellations as required.

Requirements:

  • National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent.
  • Clear credit and criminal record.
  • 1-2 years experience in insurance claims (local or international).
  • Proven experience in the insurance space.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and numeric skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • RE 5 FAIS.
  • Computer literate.
