Job Description

The Change Lead will be responsible for assessing and planning change interventions for tier 1 group systems project implementations. This includes identifying training and project communication needs, managing the analysis, design, and development of training and performance support materials, defining and executing a Communications Plan, applying a structured methodology, and ensuring effective implementation of the change and training plan.

This role requires at least 5 years of experience in Change Management processes and procedures, prior experience in systems project implementation, and knowledge of the TFG's ADKAR change methodology.

The ideal candidate will possess negotiation skills, communication skills, systemic thinking, stakeholder management, ability to analyse alternatives and recommend solutions, and strategic thinking.

In addition, this individual should have business insight, collaboration skills, decision quality, ensures accountability, manages complexity, and plans and aligns with organisational goals and objectives.
