About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Liaison Officer to join our team at Sydsen in Pretoria, Gauteng. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service and Support: Provide prompt and professional assistance to customers, ensuring a positive experience with our dealership and all departments.
  • Communication and Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal departments, and management to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Query Resolution and Escalation: Evaluate, process, and resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Service Delivery and Quality: Ensure timely communication of service delivery and quality, and implement an efficient inactive customer contact system for ongoing engagement.
  • Adherence to Policies and Procedures: Maintain adherence to company policies, procedures, and working hours.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in customer relations, preferably in an automotive dealership or service environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer complaints and queries effectively.
  • Organizational and Time Management: Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach to work, with the ability to work efficiently within a team and independently.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
