Key Responsibilities- Present The IIE's Varsity College to targeted schools, showcasing its benefits and features to prospective students.
- Conduct interviews with students, ensuring they have all the information they need to make an informed decision about their educational journey.
- Assist students throughout the application and registration process, providing support and guidance every step of the way.
- Deliver engaging presentations at targeted schools, highlighting the advantages of attending The IIE's Varsity College.
- Develop and maintain relationships with schools and other stakeholders, ensuring that we are always representing ourselves in the best possible light.
- Meet monthly presentation targets as set by school priorities, demonstrating your ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Meet monthly targets for collecting school databases, expanding our reach and increasing opportunities for recruitment.
- Make proactive calls to prospective students, scheduling interviews to meet daily and weekly targets, ensuring that we are always reaching out to potential students in a timely manner.
- Follow up on online applications, ensuring that payments are made and appointments are scheduled, providing excellent customer service every time.
- Conduct interviews following an established script, building rapport with students and parents, and providing them with the information they need to make an informed decision.
- Assist students with the online application process during interviews, securing applications on the spot and streamlining the process for everyone involved.
- Follow up with unpaid online applications, ensuring that payment is completed and the application process is finalized.
- Conduct regular calling campaigns to convert interviews into applications, maintaining contact with prospective students and keeping them engaged throughout the process.
- Support the campus by converting applications to registrations, achieving the annual campus registration target and contributing to the overall success of the college.
- Maintain accurate daily reports, including call reports and interview booking trackers, using the CRM system to monitor progress and stay on top of tasks.
- Ensure that interview forms are completed correctly and applications have valid supporting documentation, adhering to college policies and procedures at all times.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with students, parents, and stakeholders, building trust and rapport every time.
- The ability to deliver a compelling presentation at schools, highlighting the benefits and features of The IIE's Varsity College, and leaving a lasting impression on prospective students.
- A friendly, tenacious, and target-driven mindset, combined with exceptional organizational abilities, ensuring that you can handle multiple tasks and work under pressure, meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
- National Diploma (NQF6) with 3 years sales experience (preferred) OR alternatively, a minimum of National Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with 5 years sales experience.
