We are seeking a skilled Facilities Administrator to join our team at Red Rock Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks for Sectional Title and Homeowners Association (HOA) buildings.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaising with contractors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Obtaining and comparing quotes for maintenance services
- Coordinating maintenance activities and ensuring prompt resolution of issues
- Handling insurance claims and general administration duties
- Conducting property inspections and managing complaints
- Compiling and writing letters as required
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in Afrikaans and English
- Experience with WeConnectU and general computer literacy, including MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent administrative and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize urgent matters
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Prior experience in managing or administering Sectional Title and HOA buildings is highly desirable
