About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for driving business results and delivering a seamless consumer experience as the Senior Account Strategist.

You will manage partner relationships, develop seasonal assortments, and plan business forecasts while collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement merchandising and product strategies.

This role requires strong retail acumen, commercial experience, project management skills, and digital acumen.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop seasonal assortments based on frameworks delivered by merchandising
  • Plan business forecasts and scenario plans for the account
  • Manage partner relationships and ensure best presentation of stories and products at the account
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement merchandising and product strategies

What You Bring

  • Essential Requirements:
  • Strong retail acumen and understanding of Nike products and consumer trends
  • Commercial experience across multiple seasons, partner and/or stakeholder management at buyer level
  • Project management experience, being part of a team and working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in Merchandising: create account assortment based on POS account input and strategy
  • Digital acumen: knowledge of what drives a premium consumer experience E2E
