Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contact Centre Technical Level 2 Agent to join our team at Fidelity Services Group. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers in the operation of their alarm systems.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support and provide superior service to internal and external customers via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Qualification & Experience:
    • Matric
    • A minimum of 2 years customer service experience.
    • At least 1 to 2 years' experience within a contact centre, with necessary technical experience.
    • Continuous Improvement experience beneficial.

Requirements

  • Matric qualification or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, preferably within a contact centre environment.
  • At least 1-2 years' experience in a technical role, with knowledge of alarm systems and security technology.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
