Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated maintenance plans for our portfolio of office buildings and parks.
  • Manage multiple functions of building operations and maintenance of facilities, including technical and operational support to Portfolio and Operations Managers.
  • Conduct inspections and liaise with tenants to ensure compliance and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Monitor installations and take-on and take-back inspections to ensure that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Project manage refurbishments, redevelopments, and redecorations of buildings to ensure that they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Manage staff activities and deliverables, including the management of service providers and the coordination of maintenance activities.
  • Share relevant information with the team and provide support to ensure that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Issue orders and process invoices to ensure that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Manage client-landlord relationship and respond to queries timeously to ensure that our tenants are satisfied with the services provided.
  • Effectively manage service providers and ensure efficient and cost-effective service to ensure that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Conduct building inspection and optimise performance of buildings to ensure that they are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Monitor, investigate recoveries on all utilities, and attend meetings to ensure that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Put procedures in place to mitigate risks and ensure that our buildings are compliant with all relevant regulations.
  • Write reports and compile OPEX and Capex budgets to ensure that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Proactive manage life cycle of all assets in portfolio and maintenance planning to ensure that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • BSc in Construction or Facilities Management degree.
  • Strong experience in Property Facilities Management and building environment.
