Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Sales and Administration Coordinator to join our team at Unique Personnel Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing sales orders, and performing administrative tasks to support the commercial team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional manner
- Assist with stock management, including counting and tracking of stock levels
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Collaborate with the commercial team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Matric Commercial Administration experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
