Job Title: Project Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team at The Hiring House. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our project managers and ensuring the smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including tenders, proposals, and schedules.
  • Provide administrative support to project managers, including coordinating meetings, preparing meeting materials, and managing project schedules.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of project-related tasks, including data entry, document management, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project-related databases, spreadsheets, and other tools to support project management.
  • Collaborate with project managers to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including project team members, clients, and vendors.
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary technical qualification (NQF Level 4) and a minimum of 3 years of relevant administrative experience.
  • Advanced level of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and proficiency in project management software.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
