Requirements
  • Qualifications: Possess a relevant 3-year legal qualification and a minimum of 3 years' experience working as a Legal Secretary or in a related field.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and isiXhosa is mandatory, while proficiency in MS Word, MS Office, and other legal technology software is preferred.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Time Management: Display outstanding time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.

Additional Requirements: Ability to type from a Dictaphone and other similar devices, develop legal documents for various courts, and possess knowledge of litigation management and software systems.
