Corporate Sales Specialist

The Corporate Sales Specialist - Fleet Growth will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on corporate sales opportunities to drive fleet growth and increase market share for the company. This role will involve building and maintaining long-term relationships with key accounts, leveraging the SAP CRM system to manage client data, and optimizing the use of demonstration vehicles to promote company products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a corporate sales contact program for a portfolio of key accounts
- Utilize the SAP CRM system to maintain and manage accurate client data
- Optimize the use of demonstration vehicles to promote company products and services
- Monitor and analyze competitor fleet activities to inform strategic recommendations
- Negotiate with fleet owners to secure incremental vehicle sales
- Participate in new product launch meetings and provide input on corporate sales strategy
- Advise and inform dealers and other divisions on corporate sales matters
- Develop and implement corporate sales policy with fleet owners, including guidelines for fleet packages
- Analyze customer feedback and provide recommendations for changes to vehicle specifications
- Plan and coordinate corporate sales promotions programs for the region
- Evaluate corporate sales results and determine further actions required
- Focus and measure dealer efforts in areas such as dealer corporate sales strategies, prospecting systems, fleet sales staff development, and CRM processes
- Foster links between the dealer network and corporate customers to increase sales
- Liaise with Regional Sales Managers to ensure optimum sales results
- Handle corporate sales-related projects to develop and enhance the operation of the department
- Recognized degree or national diploma in marketing or sales
- Minimum 5 years' experience in retail or marketing
- Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing of vehicles and sales with above-average product knowledge
- Experience in dealing with large client groups
- Ability to look at the bigger picture and offer strategic input
- Good understanding of CRM and customer contact programs
- Proven negotiating and influencing skills
- Good selling and people-handling skills
- Above-average communication and presentation skills
- Planning and organizing skills
