Office Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Office Operations and Process Manager to oversee office systems, policies, and procedures, ensuring seamless interdepartmental collaboration to achieve company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Improve and develop office procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Manage daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and effective resource allocation
- Oversee stock control for finished goods and raw materials, ensuring accurate balance and minimizing waste
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting, sales tracking, and performance reporting to inform business decisions
- Analyze and report on company financial data, including gross profit, cash flow, debtors, and creditors
- Support and guide the senior management team in strategic planning and decision-making
- Monitor financial performance and resource allocation to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Foster a positive work environment while enforcing company systems and policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Management, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years of Office and/or Operations Management experience, preferably in the manufacturing or apparel industry
- Project and Operations management experience
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software, specifically Excel
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Adherence to strict confidentiality
