Key Responsibilities
  • Contact individuals in our existing database to identify potential sellers looking to list their properties
  • Engage potential clients in conversations about selling their property, providing basic information and answering questions
  • Schedule follow-up calls or appointments for estate agents to conduct further discussions with interested sellers
  • Maintain and update our CRM system with details of all interactions, including call outcomes and next steps
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure leads are handed over smoothly and are properly tracked
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for the number of calls made and appointments set
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, call outcomes, and progress towards targets
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation, preferably within real estate
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to build rapport and engage with potential clients over the phone
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently
  • Proficient in using CRM systems or related tools to track leads and manage client information
  • Basic understanding of the real estate market and property selling process (preferred)
