  • Goods Receiving
    • Verify the accuracy of incoming deliveries, including quantities and quality, and report any discrepancies to management.
    • Audit receiving processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Staff Management and Development
    • Coach and train stores personnel on stock management procedures and expectations.
    • Schedule and conduct regular performance evaluations to assess staff performance and provide feedback.
  • Communication
    • Foster open communication with production teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues promptly.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in warehouse management or a related field.
