To provide support to the Exports Team in ensuring that the Distribution and inventory control functions are maintained and all checks and controls are adhered to, ensuring the highest service levels

This role will encompass some administration, operations and process management of Export orders and XPT storage location.

Ensuring that customer service levels are maintained to the highest standards and all internal processes, procedures and systems are maintained as directed

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Matric
- Diploma / Certificate in Warehouse Or Inventory management or related field is preferable
- Computer literate
- MS Office
- Accpac / SAP
- 2 years experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English)
- Strong system, reporting and process competencies
- Strong numeracy skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes and drive change with a variety of stakeholders
- Must be detail orientated and deadline driven.
- Set a high standard of performance by example, attitude and behaviour.
- Must be trustworthy with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Highly committed and self-motivated
- Ability to think on your feet and show strong decision-making skills
- Honest
- Good communication skills

**Additional Requirements**:

- Active implementation and maintenance of the Export inventory and all related aspects including safety, stock and effective interaction with management in order to ensure smooth, effective functioning of the stores
- Verify all stock received and dispatched In and out of the warehouse
- Managing the ILT process for location “XPT” transactions by liaising with relevant Warehouse managers within the business to arrange the supply of required products
- Managing the total process of correct packaging of goods (Haz packaging) when required.
- Assist the Exports team by providing the correct information and documentation required for each order. (i.e. Packing slips, Batch numbers, Expiry dates)
- Managing the consolidation, correct labelling and loading of Export orders. This includes arranging transport for individual orders when required
- Responsible for the XPT Quarantine Stores, product shelf-life extensions and reworks
- Reporting on all Non-Conformance of goods in the XPT location
- To ensure that accurate month end reporting is carried out against agreed deadlines
- Stock control - effective daily, weekly and monthly stock counting and cycle counting to ensure physical stock levels agree with electronic records at all times and reporting any discrepancies to management
- Stock rotation - prevent and warn management of goods expiring, damaged stock, returned and or/or quarantined goods, actively working towards preventing and/or cleaning such goods
- Ensure all stock is in a neat, saleable condition at all times
- Ensure that the Exports Back-order report is monitored and that continuous feedback on availability is provided to the Exports team, by liaising with the different departments. Ensure that the report is updated and that proper feedback is provided in the weekly update meeting
- Enforcement and compliance with all occupational health, safety and environmental requirements as per company policy
- Assist the Boksburg Warehouse team with admin and warehouse tasks.
- Assist in ensuring all areas under your control adhere to SHEQ requirements: Identify and correct unsafe practices or activities and drive a safety conscious culture within the areas you work in
- Ensure the following are done on a regular basis: conduct safety audits,, keeping fire lanes open, packing, stacking and handling of stock safely.
- Maintain management information systems and procedures, and generate reports as required within your department, monthly or otherwise
- Ensure that your dealings with customers, suppliers, and other departments are prompt and professional
- Report to your manager on a daily basis all matters that do not allow you to meet deadlines or maintain customer service levels.
