About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to oversee the day-to-day functioning of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly, providing support to staff and management, and managing communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of administrative duties, including sorting and distributing incoming mail, drawing data from different systems, and maintaining accurate records.
- Conduct internal audits to prevent fraud, ensuring the integrity of our business operations.
- Support recruitment efforts by communicating with applicants, compiling shortlists of candidates, and coordinating interviews.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Matric qualification and a degree, certificate, or diploma in Business Administration (advantageous).
- Proven experience in office administration, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities, with proficiency in office applications and an aptitude for learning new software and systems.
- Fluency in English and Afrikaans.
