We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven High-Speed Fibre Sales Consultant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about selling high-speed fibre internet services to homes and businesses.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for promoting fibre services to new customers, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and managing sales leads using our company system.
Main Responsibilities:- Sales: Promote fibre services to new customers within specific areas, utilising door-to-door sales, street events, mall activations, and other sales activities as directed by management.
- Customer Engagement: Foster and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction at all stages of the sales process.
- Sales Process: Manage and track sales leads and outcomes using our company system (Solid), providing accurate reporting on daily sales activities.
- Community Engagement: Participate in community outreach programmes, identifying opportunities for fibre service activation and marketing initiatives.
- Marketing Support: Share information about fibre services on social media platforms and effectively utilise sales collateral to promote our products.
- Reporting: Accurately track and report all sales activities, including leads, locations, interactions, and outcomes.
- Product Knowledge: Attend training sessions to stay up-to-date on HYPA product information and trends in telecommunications.
- Feedback and Improvement: Suggest locations for activations and marketing opportunities to enhance team effectiveness.
- A competitive R 40,000 - R 60,000 per month salary based on experience and performance.
