Payroll Administration Specialist

TalentCru seeks a highly skilled Payroll Administration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of payroll submissions from Strategic Implementation Partners (SIPs). This includes monitoring timesheets, performing reconciliations, and verifying compliance with agreed pay rates and employee level splits.
As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects and contribute to the growth and success of TalentCru.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have at least 5-8 years of experience in related payroll administration, preferably with a B Comm degree. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality. You will be required to analyze exception reports, engage with SIPs on variances and forecasts, and monitor monthly progress reports against budgetary spend and programme outputs.

- Post-matric qualification (preferable B Com)
- At least 5-8 years of experience in related payroll administration
- Ability to cope under pressure
