Payroll Administrator - Sandton - Gauteng
**Job Summary**
The administrator will be responsible for preparing payrolls and related records for employee salaries and statutory record keeping purposes.
This position will report to the Payroll Manager.
**This role includes, but is not limited to**:
- Processing Payroll
- Loads new employees.
- Prepares input files.
- Captures and processes all permanent and temporary amendments.
- Investigates discrepancies by checking payroll against previous month.
- Captures terminations and transfers.
- Calculates and processes manual payments Administrative Duties
- Maintains and updates personnel files.
- Prints and distributes payslips.
- Ensures filing and scanning are up to date General.
- Assist employees with any payroll related queries.
- Processes third party payments.
**Requirements**:
- 5 or more years Sage 300 payroll experience (100+ employees)
- Ability to work under pressure in an accurate and professional manner.
- Must be detail orientated.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a team and open plan environment.
- Ability to maintain data integrity and strong reporting skills.
- Ability to work with and protect confidential information.
- Reconciliations to ledger accounts, accounting skills an advantage.
