We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Representative to join our team at Full Circle Selection. This is a full-time position that requires the successful candidate to work Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm in an on-site role.

Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to reach out to a large number of Attorney's and Advocates to sell Computing packaging and other service software. As a Technical Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting business development through a database of Attorney's and Advocates, meeting prospective clients and advising them on the services that can be offered to them.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • To conduct thorough research and analysis of the market and industry trends to identify new business opportunities;
  • To develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales growth;
  • To provide expert advice and guidance to clients on how to leverage Microsoft 365 and SOPHOS to enhance their business operations.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Educational Background: A minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent qualification is required. Some technical sales experience would be preferred;
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and SOPHOS, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues;
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is R400,000 - R600,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
