Key responsibilities will include providing domain expertise to Account Managers and Business Development Managers, demonstrating Hexagon products and solutions to customers, creating project/implementation scope for new sales, supporting Account Managers in developing strategic account plans, acting as a Subject Matter Expert for Hexagon Technologies, delivering various Customer Success activities throughout the customer journey, identifying cross-selling or upselling opportunities, conducting comprehensive ROI assessments of implemented technical solutions, analyzing their value and impact on business outcomes, and peer reviewing documentation produced by Customer Success Advisors prior to them being sent to customers/external entities.
This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, experience in value-selling and project business case development, and excellent computer operation and software application knowledge. If you have 8 years experience in mining-related businesses, 5 years experience in Mine Operations and/or Mine Safety, and tertiary qualification (or equivalent) in mining or technology, we encourage you to apply.
