As a consultant, you will work closely with dealers, customers, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments and adoption of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Digital Transformation: Drive digital transformation initiatives within the mining industry, focusing on the deployment and support of asset health technologies.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with dealers, customers, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments and adoption of our solutions.
  • Develop Implementation Plans: Develop and implement plans for deploying and supporting CSM+ solutions, addressing technical or solution usage questions, concerns, or roadblocks associated with CSM+ use or installation.
  • Track Progress and Risks: Monitor the status of PoVs with individual dealers, providing timely updates on progress, risks, or issues.
  • Determine Costs and Value: Determine costs and value from implementation, configuration, training, and support of solutions, working with the Manager – Customer Experience to determine overall profitability.
  • Establish Business Processes: Establish and continuously improve business processes for CSM+ support and maintenance.
  • Document Solutions: Develop, maintain, and provide system documentation for CSM+ solutions.
  • Promote Product Adoption: Facilitate promotion and adoption of the product by creating business cases and assisting with presentations and meetings.
  • Improve Project Planning: Continuously improve CSM+ project planning, reporting, documentation, and standards.
  • Identify Product Gaps: Assist with product improvement and gap identification.
  • Form Working Relationships: Formulate constructive and mutually beneficial working relationships with CSM+ users.

Deliverables

  • Successful CSM+ PoV: Achieve successful CSM+ PoV as measured by active dealers and HCM/dealer feedback on achieving business value objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Document, communicate, and continuously improve all processes related to development, delivery, support, and usage of the CSM+ PoV, including calculation of associated costs to execute.
  • Go-to-Market Materials: Create Go-to-Market materials for dealers to help understand the product, use cases, and business value.
