• Identify customer needs and provide expert solutions to meet their requirements, resulting in enhanced customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Support the negotiation and implementation of contracts with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Coordinate communication and interfaces with customers at various levels, fostering open and effective collaboration.
• Assist in organizing customer visits and negotiations, providing critical support to the account team.
• Develop and execute projects aimed at improving customer relationships and customer value, driving business growth with assigned accounts.
• Utilize the Sales Process to drive results and achieve revenue goals within assigned accounts.
Salary: We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in a technical field or a related subject, combined with 5+ years of experience in sales, technical support, or a related field. A suitable combination of education and experience may be considered.
This role may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
