Senior Business Growth Strategist

The Hiring House seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.
Responsibilities- Grow the Value of New Business: Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue from new customers, expanding our market share in the financial services industry.
- Distribution Management: Oversee the efficient distribution of our products and services to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Efficiency Management: Analyze sales processes and implement improvements to optimize efficiency, reducing costs and enhancing productivity.
- Develop and Maintain Sales Team: Foster a high-performing sales team by providing coaching, training, and mentorship to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
- Formal Education: A degree recognized by the FSCA (Financial Sector Conduct Authority) is required.
- Technical/Legal Certification: Regulatory Examination Level 5: Representatives, Regulatory Examination Level 1: Key Individuals, 120 credits on NQF level 5, and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) certifications are necessary.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of management experience and 2 years of experience in the financial services industry are required.
