Job Title: Hotel Front Office Attendant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Front Office Attendant to join our team at A-Z Business Professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with guest queries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Make reservations, adjustments to reservations, and process payments.
  • Compile invoices and maintain accurate records of guest stays.
  • Perform daily reporting and handovers to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:
