First Group Management Ltd, a leading hospitality company based in North Beach Durban, is seeking a highly organized Debtors Administrator to join their team.
Job Summary
This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely data capturing, banking, receipting, processing, and allocation of accounts. The successful candidate will have excellent administration skills, be able to multitask, and possess strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Process receipting, data capturing for various bank accounts daily
- E nsure that audit trails balance to the bank statements
- Post and email audit trails to the bookkeeping department
- Load and send debit order runs on the appropriate dates
- Prepare exception reports and perform account maintenance duties as required
Requirements
- Accurate, organized, and able to multitask
- Excellent administration skills/figure orientated
- Decision making and problem solving
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Dependable (compulsory to work on the 1st and 2nd of every month)
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is R250,000 - R350,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure is based on the average salary for a Debtors Administrator in the hospitality industry in Durban.
