- Handle all filing related to the reception area.
- Schedule meetings on the Outlook Calendar.
- Archive files as needed.
- Support other administrative staff with typing documents and creating spreadsheets.
- Arrange courier services as required.
- Support other administrative staff with overflow work.
- Capture online Certificates of Compliance (COCs).
- Organize kick-off meetings for projects.
- Take minutes and follow up on outstanding tasks from kick-off meetings.
- Prepare quotes using the accounting system.
- Manage stationery and office supplies (ordering, issuing, and budgeting).
- Perform other clerical duties, such as filing and photocopying, as needed.
- Matric qualification.
- A qualification in Finance or Administration is advantageous.
- Computer literate (Windows, Word, Outlook, and Excel intermediate level).
- Strong communication and administration skills.
- Friendly demeanor and excellent communication abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Good numerical skills.
- Ability to cope with pressure.
- Experience working in construction or contractor offices is beneficial.
