Key Responsibilities:

Automate tasks for employee loading and termination on Sage 300, ensuring seamless payroll processes. Set up payroll employee defaults, including Masterfile and Payroll System configurations. Maintain accurate employee lists and generate reports, with automation to streamline tasks. Verify banking details for Faheema's approval and maintain the Banking folder. Load new employees on ESS and ERS Biometric Clocking system for efficient time tracking. Monitor ERS daily for attendance and send reminders to team leaders and business heads. Process monthly payroll within the 20th-last working day timeframe, with automation for efficiency. Issue payslips to employees and address payroll queries in a timely manner. Verify payroll before manager loads onto bank, ensuring accuracy. Scanning and filing payroll documents, including confirmation of employment and UI19 requests. Check emails for urgent requests from clients, COEs, and UI19s, saving relevant documents to the ditto folder, including placement forms. Attend team meetings for upcoming contracting and save leave notes sent via email into the payroll folder.

  • Ability to work extended hours during payroll time as needed.
  • Excellent telephone and email etiquette for effective communication.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Matriculation certification.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Sage 300.
  • Minimum 3 years of payroll experience.
