This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, resolve conflicts, and promote a collaborative culture within our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a primary point of contact for employees regarding workplace issues, concerns, and inquiries.
  • Facilitate open and transparent communication between management and staff to foster a positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback mechanisms, and team-building activities.
  • Mediate and resolve conflicts in a fair and consistent manner, ensuring all employees are treated with respect and dignity.
  • Collaborate with HR to address performance management and disciplinary issues effectively.
  • Provide guidance on company policies, procedures, and best practices related to employee relations.
  • Conduct training sessions on communication, conflict resolution, and team dynamics.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement levels, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in the development of an inclusive workplace culture that values diversity, equity, and employee contributions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in employee relations or human resources, preferably within the FMCG or supply chain industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Proven experience in conflict resolution and mediation.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to employee relations.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
