Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales floor staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately received, stored, and rotated.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet sales and gross profit targets, while maintaining expenses within budget.
  • Conduct regular spot checks of products received and investigate any discrepancies.
  • Assist with category stock counts and investigate variances.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including stock rotation and inventory management.
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 qualification.
  • 2 years of managerial experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good administration skills and attention to detail.
