Sales Floor Manager Job Description

West Coast Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Sales Floor Manager to join our team in Cape Town. As a Sales Floor Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales team and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and mentor the sales team to ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain high customer satisfaction levels through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Drive sales growth by ensuring deals are closed by internal Sales Representatives.
  • Set and monitor sales budgets and achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure displays and pricing on the sales floor are updated and correct.
  • Maintain a clean and attractive sales floor environment.
  • Perform general sales administration tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement training programs for the sales team.
  • Monitor and control days off and leave.
  • Use disciplinary procedures to correct unacceptable behavior.
  • Liaise with the Head Office Marketing Department and Branch Manager to create the monthly advertising schedule.
  • Responsible for opening and closing the store as per the internal roster.
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 5.00 pm. Alternate weekends, Saturday 8.00 am to 3.00 pm, Sunday 9.00 am to 2.00 pm. Alternate Public Holidays, 9.00 am to 2.00 pm.
